Also I’ll check out this show, it looks cool.
>>1008378Sorry, I’ve been out all day. By the way did you ever get all the way through that Deep Ecology reading list, or the other one. I’m thinking of starting with the Great Writers Library list, which’ll take me a good while to get through.
>leather bound versionsIf you’re going to do this make sure to buy secondhand leather. Secondhand leather doesn’t contribute to the leather industry because not only are you not funding them directly or indirectly, buying secondhand goods doesn’t increase the demand for said goods, (and thus for leather itself) meaning that you can get cool leather book covers while not supporting the industry in any way.
Check out that Great Writers Library thing I was talking about. They’re a series of 50 classic books all made (not written, made as in the material itself) in the 80s. They’re all leather bound, and I can personally say that the one I bought both looks beautiful and feels great to hold. Good weight, good size, good cover, good material etc, and they’re all extremely cheap because they’re secondhand 80s books. Because they’re made from a strong material mine personally had absolutely no damage, pristine condition. Pic related is mine.
