Working a bit more on my Sonic RPBG.

For the Elemental Skill cards, I added "Ring Energy", Whenever you collect a ring, you get a point in Ring Energy. They serve as Action Points to certain abilities from Skill Cards.

I just hope it is a clear enough concept that you don't lose Ring Energy if you lose rings, nor will you deplete rings if you use Ring Energy. I hope it's a clear enough concept. Though I do plan writing a rulebook for this game.
