FrostPunk. Your city has discontent and they have hope, both of which must be managed to keep the city alive.

I got through a campaign at basically max hope and minimum discontent, but there were some sacrifices at the end that I was not pleased with. I believe I can avoid those by forcing people to work overtime shifts. They don't like that, but it sucks to be them.

I just made sure the guards went out to patrol each day. That seemed to take care of things pretty well.

Eventually having automotons take over the night shifts entirely also helped.
