>>16408>I'd probably be inclined to care if it weren't for the decades of campaigning for disarmament of those whom that side of politics disagrees with. You've obviously never engaged in critical thinking skills whenever your prefered pundits conflate leftist and liberals. But besides that being transgender is not a political ideology. Why would you assume I'm anti-gun?
But of course, it doesn't matter, you don't have a sincere or consistent ideology.

>>16409Me choosing not to care is not an inconsistency in ideology.
I just am, as I said, sick of defending people who want me dead.
I do not understand why you feel entitled to my defense.
I am not your guard. You do not pay me.

It kinda do be like this

>>16411 Except that the left is the group that keeps trying to murder people.
Today, it turns out, they were successful.
If you're going to pull the scorpion and the frog, I would posit it seems to be the left perpetually doing the stabbing, despite the right trying to hold to principle and not behave as the moster you so oft insist we are.

>>16410So I take it you don't really care about the 2nd amendment?
Typical MAGA is hypocrisy about the very principles they claim to hold.
And again, transgender is not a political ideology. Nor does it imply any.
But that doesn't matter, it's not about consistent principles with MAGA, it's just grievance politics.

Don't forget: when the right does assassination it's okay for republicans to laugh. Apparently if you're on the left, you're held to a higher standard

>>16415>>16416Yeah, the amount of hypocrisy and playing dumb on the right in response to Kirk's assassination is disgusting but not at all surprising.
Kirk reaped what he'd sown. You spread enough hateful rhetoric and you risk inciting violence against others and eventually that can come back to haunt you from those you've hurt with that violence.

>>16418Please, by all means, explain to me how gun control would've stopped a 30-06 bolt action rifle.
Or are we finally stopping the stupid narrative that "oh, no, no, it's not ALL your guns! Just the scary black ones!"?

>>16416>>16417>>16421Also should add: I didn't see anyone "laughing" at that incident. They thought it was suspect, really fucking weird, and questioned the whole execution considering there were so many piles of failures along the way.
But laughing at it? Hardly.
I get you and Andrea live in a fantasy land where right wingers are literally direct clones of Adolf Hitler, twirling their mustaches and laughing all the way... But it's really no where near reality.
Also;I hope you understand your whining about "violent rhetoric" applies just as well to you.
By your own narrative, why are you not just as valid a target as Kirk?
What makes it unjustified for some right winger to try to gun you down, given the rhetoric you spew on a daily basis?
"Rules for thee, but not for me", I am sure...

>>16422I am a former right winger, I have/had them in my family too, I was raised by two right-wingers, one of them a once aspiring GOP politician. I don't think any of them are literally hitler (I mean, Hitler wasn't the only evil right-wing villain in history afterall) and not all right-wingers are all identical. Unfortunately it seems like the right-wing had a big fat problem with the far-right trying to purge moderates from the Republican party, so those still part of it are suspect to me.
I dont think they're literally hitler, but are very easily manipulated by what a lot of right-wingers are
willfully ignorant. Being anywhere from uncomfortable with to outright intolerant of uncertainty, ambiguity, difference, non-conformity, diversity, change, unpredictability, and curiosity, a lot of right-wingers are attracted to right-wing ideologies because hierarchically structured society feels safer and more predictable than one that's flatter and more equal. Right-wingers also tend to prefer a more simplified worldview where 'common sense' is more reliable than rigorous investigation for solving problems. These biases make the right-winger personality type much more susceptible to finding authoritarian demogogues appealing.
And no, I'm not saying divisive rhetoric justified Kirk's assassination, I'm just stating that the consequences are not surprising given his divisive rhetoric. His and many other corporate backed right-wing political activists and media pundits in that whole media ecosystem for decades at this point. Now we're divided.
No.16424
>>16423I think your attempts at projection are laughable, and hold as much water as one'd expect from such typical "nuh all muh ememies r jus dum!!!!" comments.
To claim that it's the right that's making "divisive" rhetoric, especially, is just plainly pathetic. Especially in regards to the media, as a whole. As though we haven't had decades at this stage of constant condemnations, attacks, and declarations of the right as a "threat to democracy" and so on, to leave aside the perpetual excusing of political violence.
Hell, even you do not condemn the actions.
Your ilk never do.

>>16424Frankly, no, I don't have much sympathy for any of the right wing media grifter scene right now. A lot of people are suffering right now cause of Trump's stupidity and hubris. A
ton of people have all sorts of reasons to be angry at everyone on the right who helped make this fascists state possible, the number of people who might have a motive could be staggering.
Acknowledging reality isn't justifying the murder.

Let's name this '4chan America'.
Because everything is fucking 4chan.
Everything. Is. Fucking. 4chan.
