One of the main reasons for appointing Kennedy as the Secretary of Health was so that he could launch mRNA vaccine studies to see if DNA fragments created in the production of mRNA vaccines integrate into human cells, potentially causing cancer. Yet, this hasn't been done yet despite all the other things that have been done already. It also seems like Republicans in general are now actively against mRNA vaccines, withdrawing research funding, including (apparently) not providing funds for research that would prove they are harmful.
I'm starting to think that Republicans never really cared about whether mRNA vaccines were safe to begin with and are simply against anything that is new.
Thoughts or any news that these studies are still going to be done? Or are they never going to be done because they know doing them would prove that they are safe?

Of course, the freak out over mRNA vaccines wasn't sincere. It was all part of a grand conspiracy theory that absolved Trump of handling the pandemic with incompetence, and that federal employees were mandated to take it after Biden took office.
Never trust politician or media pundits to be sincere about anything. In fact never take at face value anything anyone says if they're asking you to help them gain power or a large amount of money.

We're going find that effective vaccines are a myth of the past and that the only way to keep yourself safe from illnesses is by building a strong immune system by exercise and a diet of whatever supplements being peddled. Oh, and healthy genetics.
