I wouldn't be surprised if Biden drops. They've really got no chance, even before all this, with him at the reigns.
Especially after that disastrous debate.

I can't really deal with the popular takes among tribalism advocates that it's great to cheer politicians suffering horribly and also even dying as long as their race, religion, skin color, voice, or whatever else bothers them.

It's gross for Trump to be painfully bleeding from his ear due to a bullet. It's gross for Biden to be painfully bleeding from his nose due to a virus. Bad things are bad. Bad things happening to people you dislike is still bad.

Tribalism is literally killing the American dream.

Shame on liberals who act ghoulish about Trump and shame on conservatives who think Trump's woes justify past acts of similar violence on others too (against JFK in Dallas and others). They're both basically the same. Ethically. Morally. Logically.
