Full cabbage power! There's also some garlic in it, and caraway which is a typical spice here.

my dad had to go to the hospital again yesterday after being rushed there in an ambulance after losing oxygen in his breathing
we had to wait in the ER for 10 hours before he got moved to a proper room. and i didn't get home till 1:30 am
at first they thought it was heart failure that caused fluid build up in his lungs. however it turns out that it was a combination of anemia, and the fluid was from his heart block from the previous trip that lead to his first hospitalization
they did discharge him, and he's home now, and they also put him on oxygen, so we now have oxygen tanks and a central unit that allows him to walk anywhere in the house
but between 10 hours yesterday, 5 hours of slepe, and 7 hours today, i'm exhausted.
but i'm glad dad is home, and he seems better than he has been, so that is a blessing
