Most likely what we always do.

Tomorrow we're heading to my brother-in-law's sister's place for a fairly big christmas. We'll be served traditional danish rice porridge there, so that's cool.

On Christmas Eve, my family usually has Tartlets with a filling of fish balls and asparagus pices in white sauce. Traditionally, it's supposed to be chicken, but we've always done the fish balls. We usually have this for lunch.

Then dinner is both white and caramelized potatoes, roast pork, roast duck and brown gravy.

Usually followed by the Rice A La Mande game.

So nothing unusual, but I always love this meal.

Sorta. It can absolutely ne eaten as a dinner. The Rice A La Monde I mentioned is basically a desert version of that. At least here, it is.

Last time I tried to make it:
Boil whole milk with cinnamon and vanille
Add dessert rice and saffron, let it simmer for like half an hour
Then mix in sugar and egg yolk and let it cool down
