Do you ever eat fried chicken? I stopped eating fried chicken after learning about frying oil reuse and learning that the bis-allylic site of LA is prone to radical attack due to resonance delocalization.

Rotissery chicken for me.
I do have my own fryer that reheats oil.

>>1200904Korean Fried Chicken places usually serve a variety of styles, like unbread fried or crispy breaded style, usually marinated beforehand and also usually glazed immediately after frying. A lot of these places will offer like four or five choices of glaze, like soy garlic (usually made with korean style soy sauces), Korean BBQ sauce (bulgogi/kalbi sauce basically) , Yangnyeom (a mix of honey and gochujang itself a fermented paste of korean red pepper usually only available on crispy breaded chicken), and sometimes a simple "spicy" variety which I think is just gochujang without anything sweet like honey.
A lot of these places also reflect their origins as a type of fusion cuisine by serving french fries and coleslaw alongside steamed rice and kimchi as options for sides. Cubes of pickled daikon are also a standard side dish that's usually free

Fried chicken is delicious but I have a hard time eating it without getting acid reflux. It's a raw deal, really.

>>1200860I'm honestly just not worried about carcinogens in my life generally.
I'll either live or die; that's life.
Though I would like to last long enough to start replacing every last bit of my body with the glorious machine.
Do it ship of theseus style and you don't have to fret about the usual guff around preserving the human soul.
So long as you don't break perspective you're fine.
