well i can only speak from my experience, but the electro stuff wasn't like a painful shock or anything, but more just kind of a fun buzzing sensation. and as for the fire play stuff, there was no burning sensation. They would just wipe the alcohol, set it on fire, and then put wipe it off after a second, and during that it just felt warm, like you had a warm compress on for a moment; it was actually really relaxing
