What does it mean to be artificial?  What does it mean to be intelligent?

artificial: not genuine -- so like a machine, a tool ...inanimate and not an animal, either

intelligence: able to think abstractly, such as is required for figuring out a math problem, philosophizing, creating art, or running a scientific experiment (things unique to humans)

artificial intelligence = a tool or inanimate device that solves problems, runs experiments and creates art but that is not an animal or human so has no feelings (as animals do) or ability to show compassion

thus, intelligence is no longer a barrier for creation ...so to say that the internet is all ai would be to say that content on the internet is no longer restricted by the intelligence of the pony posting said content -- so it may be said to be "artificially intelligent"
