A muffin story, mostly written by Claude, edited by me:

The dawn broke crispy and golden over the Breakfast Plains, where the noble Muffin Army stood in formation, their blueberry-studded armor gleaming in the morning light. General Bran, a weathered whole-wheat veteran, surveyed his troops with grim satisfaction. Today would be the day they finally faced the Cupcake Horde — those garish, frosting-covered abominations that had terrorized innocent breakfast tables for far too long.

The cupcakes emerged from the shadows of the Dessert Mountains, led by the infamous Red Velvet Duchess, whose cream cheese frosting crown dripped with decadent excess. These were no ordinary treats — they were the sugary spawn of Satan himself, corrupted by artificial colors and pumped full of preservatives that defied nature.

The battle was fierce and crumbly. Cupcakes launched volleys of candy shrapnel while muffins returned fire with chunks of hard chocolate and nuts. The tide turned when Lieutenant Lemon Poppy Seed discovered the cupcakes' fatal weakness: without their paper wrappers, they crumbled into chaos. The muffins, sturdy and wrapper-optional, pressed their advantage. As the sun reached its peak, the last of the cupcakes were reduced to a sticky mess of melted frosting and crumbs.

I do, I'm eating blueberry muffins right now. They're probably my favorite.
