the person eating the tasty crepes then refers to "shit," a natural bodily function, relating it to a furry sound, implying that the person's reaction is natural and not at all compulsive -- perhaps the person's first time eating them. to say that the shit "goes," which is what shit does, further supports this hypothesis.
lastly, we must consider why the word, "crepe" was used in this context. it is similar to the words, "step," "creep," "mlep," and even "pep," as in "peppy."
