Some of the questions in the survey seem to be repeats of other questions, albeit worded in a slightly different way, so the answers are probably skewed. If this was a more nuanced set of questions, with a scale for answering, I suspect my score might be somewhat higher.

...not autistic. ...not a perfect test. there are many conditions other than autism that might result in those answers.

There is no threshold at which you definitely do or definitely do not have autism according to this test. Generally I would say that the results I've seen so far are like pretty accurate if the results are taken as a likelihood of the presence of autism.

In summary, though: Everyone is not a bit weird, everyone is a
lot weird, but people tend to assume that everyone is very similar up until the point that it causes problems, so they're all completely unaware of the fact that no one is particularly similar.
As a result, people really want the people who are very obviously weird, like autists, to stop being weird. But there's no particular cause or cure to point at when it comes to autism, because the weirdness is actually very normal and common to the entire population, just it has manifested in the rest of the population in an even less obvious way.
