I have noticed it's become hard to actually still find a reliable source to get rom hacks.

A lot of sites have shut down.

Gotta say I never knew where to find romhacks specifically. My willingness to trawl several pages of Google results has helped me find good sites for roms in general though.

For those curious the romhack is Pokemon Evolved, a recent romhack with the idea of "What if Pokemon just kept on evolving?" so as a result all Pokemon now rather than having two or three evolotions have anywhere from four to six evoltions
