This is why I hate centaurs in general.
Creatures like minotaurs, mermaids, faun and manticores make some sense to me because the animal parts are at least on parts of the body you'd expect to find the limb.
Even chimera I can accept as a creature that's supposed to look like a mess because they're supposed to be monstrous. And given it's mostly a lion with additional heads, they still share the same digestive tracks.
But a centaur to me is like The Human Centipede of mythology. You got two-thirds of a human grafted onto the where the neck of a horse should be. Does that mean the human's large intestines lead directly into the horses throat?
Just have a horse with a human head and leave it at that.
