i have been slowly watching Dungeon Meshi over the past... two months, maybe?

i love it!! it is my new favorite show, even if i can only watch like an episode or two a week!

my favorite character is Marcille, though of course, Falin is very relatable too. c:

I keep meaning to finally get around to it. I am... not great at keeping up with anime, much as I do enjoy it.

Last time I got hooked in an anime was when Mob Psycho 100 season 3 came out and I watched the whole show. That was some good shit.

oh dude! Delicious in Dungeon is a strong contender for my anime of the year! I just love it to death, and I'm super pumped you like it too!

i typically don't go for male protagonists often, but i must say my favorite characters in that show must be Laios and Senshi

Laios is just an adorable himbo with that dog in him and a sprinkle of the tism; whereas Senshi is like the dad who just wants everyone to eat healthy and learn to appreciate the simple life

i love how Laios being able to do a good dog bark became a real plot point! And how Marcille sees him as like, this fluffy dog instead of a wolf.

senshi is just great too! him and chilchuck are both dads, so it is funny to see how each one can be.

Well I'm not terribly artistic so I don't see the issue. But given the author's tendency to doodle myriad and sundry bits of lore and character designs the cover was probably just thrown-together by an intern or publisher on the fly to capitalize on said lore and character designs.

Personally I take issue with all the fine print my old, blind ass has to read. How my ass reads anything is a question best left unasked and unanswered.

Bottom left is Edomae Elf. Is about a Elf who got reverse-isekai'd to Japan about 400 years ago and lives in a Shinto shrine as their God-in-residence she is socially awkward shut-in who has to be cared for but a teenage Miko.

Bottom right is Overweight Elf. Also technically a reverse isekai, is about an Elf who travels to this world and gets stuck here because her love of french fries caused her to gain a bunch of weight and it's up to massage therapist to keep her(and a bunch of other fantasy races) on the path diet and exercise so they can return to their world.
