Moony you promised Manley and myself a solid one-week ban if we squabbled again after the 12 hour ban.

In the Avengers movie thread he gaybashed me remorselessly for commenting that my gf and i both found a character to be hot in the middle of my post, told me to take the gay elsewhere n got into a long repetitive creepy obsession about how my gay makes him uncomfortable.  He also claims he's fine with gay "because he has gay friends" but then admits he finds my gay uncomfortable because he's been hit on by a gay person once and because he feels that was an attempt to "convert him to gay".  Which to me says that he's uncomfortable with me because, i guess he feels i want to have sex with him?!  Its disgustingly offensive to me and while i took several multiple-hour long breaks each time i looked back in i found the discussion going on and on with my name being discussed constantly.

I lost my cool a bit and reacted, yes.  I also had a really dark deconstructive mood that significantly negatively impacted me irl.

Zeke rightly called us both on squabbling like children.  It's an experience that brought me back to the worst moments of my childhood, and manley stated that he did nothing wrong.

My favorite tidbit is that he's tried not to talk to me but i won't stop, when in fact my original reply was to ukp and not even to Manley at all.  He contacted me first to tell me to take my "gay" elsewhere such as seeking naked pics of the character's actor (eew).  Unless perhaps i'm not allowed to discuss the op with other posters just because he started the thread, but thats not the way it's supposed to work.

Theres a lot of talk about the manley problem and the difficulty in knowing what to do about it but this makes no sense to me.  He's a chronic breaker of the basic rules and ignores all mod input that he's doing so.  Hes being rewarded by getting away with this time after time after time so it's no wonder this problem won't go away.

Lack of proper response to his violation of the rules is not only allowing disruption to this site and the wellbeing of its members, it is directly hurting Manley in real life by conditioning bad behavior that could harm his rl relationships or even get him beat up or killed.

My behavior was not golden either.

Moony you promised us both a one-week ban for fighting, and that's exactly what we did and so i demand you execute the terms of our three-party written agreement and administer the one-week ban to both myself and to Manley, forthwith.

Moonses you are a public servant here and bound to the terms of your own proposed agreement that both I and manley executed by performance by continuing to post here.  You have a duty to administer our ban.  I trust you will not breach your duty and our contract.(Banned for breaching rules set out previously)
