for example, nautique is reminiscent of the wings of fire volume 6 series, while gwen is reminiscient of elsa/rainbow dash & frozen disney movie along with astra, who seems to represent well princess celestia or twilight sparkle maybe, while the twilight sparkle cosplayer seems to represent pony cosplayers in general, while squishella is like rarity & somehow very similar to the colors used on the 1970s (or so) new thought religious movement book "emmanuel" ....)

red & green are the wiccan colors of life & death, while the silver/gold of astra is similar to protection, etc. ....

the whole premise of the show seems rather new age or new-thoughtish & originates from japan ..... so a lot of religious/(&psychological) symbolism under the guise of a children's cartoon. quite fascinating, yes .....

hello kitty online never released the tokyo map (despite temporarily opening it once for playtesting) & octokyo is referenced quite a bit in the series so it's quite fascinating .... the tokidoi brand & its creator, i guess ....

The fact mermicorno is about cartoon equines kinda implies it was riding of MLP:FiM fame a little. But to give credit, it's still mostly its own thing and was an enjoyable series.

I was just never that into it as you currently are.

Though kind of wish the series lasted longer, such as a new story arc after the Dark Pearl story.

i am a mermicorno. yeah, it was and a lot of other things too, but the symbolism for religious and psychological concepts is so blatant .... ...and hoofs. (who could forget about hoofs?)
