I just get general context as much as it needs to continue reading or watching, but I barely can represent it myself properly, and even remember what exactly sounds that I heard or read a few seconds ago. Maybe there are people who absorb everything like a sponge, but I'm more like a stone in that regard, and until I will not do something myself I never consolidate it in my speech. I think the only way to be proper to me is learning all English grammatical nuances, as people usually do in school, but my ADHD prevents me from sitting with a book for more than twenty minutes.
