I always wondered, when Chrysalis was gone, ALL HER SUBJECTS AND POSSIBLY CHILDREN DIDN'T CARE, I can't accept this, how could an entire society abandon overnight the queen who led them thousands of years (it's possibly their mother )

Rather normal behaviour in an eusocial society. If the queen is regarded no longer fit to rule (IE, produce workers), insects would often kill off their queen. Especially if another queen is present and regarded healthier than the one they have. Bees for example will do this, "balling" their queen to death in favour of a new queen.
In fact, unless the "new changelings" now have functional reproductive organs of their own after their mutation (which might be the case if Ocellus hatched somewhen during Thorax reign), the decision for the changelings to have Thorax as their king may have doomed the colony if Thorax cannot provide a means of mass-reproduction of changelings for the colony.

I'll be honest, one thing about some cartoons and other fictionaly works is how "bad" characters are so easily rebelled against by the masses.
At least Starlight bothered to extend a hoof at Chrysalis. But she didn't want to look like a poof I guess.
