Isn't the point of fast food to be a) fast and b) cheap? Like long-term health shouldn't really factor into it, that's not the point. You're hungry and you want food and you want it now. If it's cheap and fast and tastes good it's good fast food.

rely on fast food because everyone's fucking poor and can't afford anything healthier or more complex. And even if they
can, they probably don't want to cook after they get home from 25 hours in an Amazon warehouse where they didn't get to pee.

Out of interest I checked, Ghee is crazy expensive. Like, avocado toast as your average meal expensive. Coconut oil is also like a good wealth tier above seed oils.
I couldn't find avocado oil yet.
