While timezones of our various posters on here are different, here in the UK it is morning so i'll ask the question

How do you deal with mornings? Coffee or tea?

Do you eat breakfast? If so what?

As for me.. Love a coffee. But that's all I need, not eaten breakfast in years

If I don't eat in the morning I just literally pass out and die.  Usually do waffles or toast.  Maybe last night's leftovers.

Definitely coffee, though caffeinated or decaf depends on the day. Sometimes a tea after that.

Usually I won't eat right away unless I wake up really hungry, but rather an hour or two after having coffee. Breakfast is almost always random for me. I rarely do a traditional breakfast, it's usually just whatever is convenient and how much effort I want to put into cooking and/or have time to cook.

Sometimes it's a hotdog thrown in the microwave to warm up, sometimes it's some pretzels with peanut butter. Other times it might be toast with an egg, or a piece of meat just fried up real quick. There is rarely a rhyme or reason with me... yesterday I grabbed a little thing of applesauce from the pantry, scarfed down a microwaved quesadilla, and tried to get to work on time.

But despite that, I actually eat pretty healthy-it's just usually lunch and dinner where I actually make a proper meal. Like baked fish and veggies, or omelettes with a side of potatoes. Made a stew the other night, and prepped homemade chicken burritos for work lunches.

If I have the time to cook, I actually enjoy making the meals. It's just that mornings are never a good time for me lol

Waffles have always been too heavy of a meal for me early in the day. I much prefer them for dinner, with sausage and eggs.

If I wake up before midday, usually just a bowl of cereal.
If I am lucky, a breakfast wrap from the Co-op, but usually they're gone by 9.

Breakfast:
during weekdays that's a bowl of cereal with milk.
During the weekend, I get "sandwiches", which is kind of different from what Americans call it, and have some pieces of chocolate with it.

These English/continental breakfast meal may taste really good, but I don't feel like waing up an hour or 2 earlier to get it made before I got to leave.
