Sometimes a theme isn't really necessary. Not sure if it's a fatigue of ideas, being stuck in a weird rut. Maybe just being worn out. Or it could be a time of reflection. A time of going back to the basics and the simple straight to the point times.
Flashing lights, big horns, and fanfare can make for an exciting time, but just being able to relax and enjoy the simple cup of your beverage of choice and being able to talk about whatever is on our minds.
So let's just all enjoy something warm or cold, and lend an ear to one another

>>1119633Hmm
The main two things I can think of here is resizing th eye closer to the screen. I know you are going for a 3/4 view and some foreshortening, so that eye being bigger is correct, but you've widened it quite a bit. It looks uneven.
Also, with characters this simple, adding too many detail lines on hair can be distracting. Notice they don't have them often on actual Ponies - simply shapes communicate better when the character is already simple.
Those would be my two main notes.

>>1119639Excuse you, Gumball is great. Also I been binging it lately anyway
But yeah, we have a guest on our podcast soon, and I watched his first movie (we like to invite in anyone who has done ANY fantasy genre work at all here)
And it was the "Walking around for two minutes staring at walls with mildly spooky music on occasion is equal to tensioN" kind of horror ,with a little dash of terrible dialogue and sudden bursts of absurd violence that don't fit the mood it's going for.

I wouldn't know, I don't think I ever actually full watched all of Season 6.
