SERVES 6 // PREP TIME: 20 MINUTES // COOK TIME: 5 TO 6 HOURS
Potatoes cook to perfection in the slow cooker. The small potatoes used in this
recipe can be red potatoes, creamer potatoes, or small Yukon Gold potatoes.

on the potatoes for more texture and nutrition. Serve this dish with a grilled
steak or roast chicken.

12 garlic cloves, peeled
and sliced
½ cup Roasted Vegetable
Broth (page 30)

1 In a 6-quart slow cooker, mix the potatoes, onions, garlic, vegetable broth, olive oil, thyme, dill,
and salt. Cover and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours,
or until the potatoes are tender.
2 Using a potato masher, mash the potatoes in
the slow cooker, leaving some chunky pieces. Stir
in the Parmesan cheese and serve.
INGREDIENT TIP
New, red, or creamer potatoes are usually very clean
and don’t need much scrubbing. Rinse the potatoes,
gently rubbing off any dirt that may be on them, being
careful not to tear the delicate skin.

More in terms of what I upload.

Nobody watches when I put up episodes of longer games like SPider-Man PS4 or such... for obvious reasons (competition, getting drowned in the searches, etc) and less obvious ones (YOutube actively fucking over longer series lately). And with the internship, I find myself too grumbly and worn out when I get home to actually edit an episode (I refuse to upload unedited streams where I fuck around accomplishing nothign for an hour), so it's a lot of effort for nothing.

When I play shorter games, or do random shit from like Itch or Gamejolt though, I seem to get at least a few more views, and it's kinda fun to explore those anyway.

S'just... uploading hte big series is a lot of effort for almost literally no views whatsoever. Just take a look at my uploads and see for yourself. SO maybe the focus should be on the smaller indie games or just smaller Steam titles that I need to plow through anyway. Or older ,shorter games.

I could still STREAM the big ones regardless. Not that anyone watches my streams either.
